1st Client Contact
  • Discussion/overview
  • Student’s circumstances:
  • Disability and level
  • Caregivers
  • Siblings
  • Client’s needs/goals for this student.

  • Zoom meeting with student
Client will send a copy of student’s IEP.
~or~ parent/guardian will provide online access.
2nd Client Contact
  • Discussion -- focus of IEP
  • Specify a set of 3-5 goals for the student
  • Prepare assessment – Send to client.
3rd Client Contact
  • Discuss how to conduct the assessment and how to score the results
  • Explain (again) how the program works. What I provide, what I need back from the client.
  • Ask about the amount of time and times of day/days per week the client can provide direct education
Client conducts assessment.
Client provides assessment results (in any way. Maybe just takes pics on their cell phone.)

Based on the above, I:
  • I prepare teaching materials
  • Prepare record-keeping materials.
  • Send packet and packet how-to instructions
  • Describe how to deliver this instruction.
What are the student’s preferred behaviors
How does the student currently typically spend his day.
This information is needed to choreograph the day.
Do you anticipate any difficulty getting your child to participate in this program?
Phased introduction of teaching activities.


Ongoing ProcessWeekly: Receive and review goal tracking data
Revise methods of instructional presentation and materials.
